About the word "squaw" that i use for my Native American outfit.

Some peoples told me that i cant use the word "squaw" because it is offensive.
So i made some research about that and i discover something most of the french people dont know.

Squaw is now completely incorrect.

I'm sorry if i have make an offense to someone, but when i was young i readed a lot of books about Native american, watched a lot of movies. And for me squaw only mean woman.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squaw

Someone can tell me what word i have to use to say woman in a native american way?

************************************************************

"Squaw", politiquement incorrect
